摘　　要：船舶发电柴油机作为船舶上的主要电力设备,对于船舶安全航行至关重要,如何有效判断及预防其故障是保障安全运行的关键。本文通过柴油机的工作状态,从排烟颜色、异常噪音、排气温度和冷却水温度变化探讨船舶发电柴油机不拆卸检查的方法,避免盲目拆检所造成不必要的损失。As the main power equipment on board,marine electric generator diesel engine is very important for the safe navigation of ships.How to judge and prevent the faults effectively is the key to ensure the safe operation.Based on the working state of diesel engine,this paper discusses the method of non-disassembly inspection of marine generator diesel engine from the changes of exhaust smoke color,abnormal noise,exhaust gas temperature and cooling water temperature,so as to avoid unnecessary loss caused by blind disassembly inspection.
