摘  要:组织纤维化在疾病的发生、发展中起着重要的作用。发生组织纤维化可导致组织器官的结构被破坏、功能丧失,进而可影响其健康,甚至危及其生命。microRNA是一类内生的、含有20~24个核苷酸的小RNA。microRNA可以抑制mRNA的翻译或者直接断裂mRNA,参与多种生物学过程的调控。目前发现的microRNA共有2万多个,microRNA-21(miR-21)是其中的一员。miR-21可作用于靶基因及相关的信号通路,参与调控多种组织纤维化。本文主要是分析miR-21与组织纤维化的关系,以期为临床研究组织纤维化的治疗靶点和诊断标志物提供依据。tissue fibrosis plays an important role in the occurrence and development of diseases.The occurrence of tissue fibrosis can lead to the destruction of the structure of tissue and organ,loss of function,which can affect its health,even endanger its life.Micrornas are small,endogenous rnas that contain 20 to 24 nucleotides.MicroRNA can interact with proteins,DNA and RNA to participate in the regulation of various biological processes.Microrna-21(mir-21)is one of more than 20,000 micrornas discovered so far.Mir-21 can act on target genes and related signaling pathways and participate in the regulation of fibrosis in a variety of tissues.This paper mainly analyzed the relationship between mir-21 and tissue fibrosis,so as to provide a basis for clinical research on therapeutic targets and diagnostic markers of tissue fibrosis.
