应用改良版婴幼儿孤独症筛查量表筛查婴幼儿心理行为障碍的结局分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨改良版孤独症筛查量表(M-CHAT)在婴幼儿心理行为障碍筛查中的应用效果。方法:随机选取2018年1月-2019年1月于笔者所在医院就诊的200例婴幼儿为研究对象,其中100例在门诊被高年资儿童保健科医生诊断为儿童孤独症谱系障碍(ASD),定为观察组,另100例非ASD婴幼儿为对照组。评价M-CHAT量表在婴幼儿心理行为障碍中的应用效果。结果:M-CHAT量表判断ASD漏诊率为0,诊断准确率为100%。M-CHAT量表阳性率最高的为第5项(84%)和第9项(81%),除第16项和18项外,观察组其余各题阳性率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在儿童保健中常规运用M-CHAT量表可提高早期筛查ASD效率,具有重要的临床意义。Objective:To explore the effect of the modified checklist for autism in toddlers(M-CHAT)in screening children with psychological and behavioral disorders.Method:A total of 200 infants admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly selected as the objects of study,Among them,100 cases diagnosed as children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD)by senior child health doctors in the outpatient department were designated as the observation group,and 100 cases of non-ASD infants were designated as the control group.The application effect of M-CHAT scale in infant psychological behavior disorder was evaluated.Result:The rate of missed diagnosis ASD judged by M-CHAT scale was 0 and the diagnostic accuracy was 100%.The highest positive rate of M-CHAT was item 5(84%)and item 9(81%).Except item 16 and item 18,the positive rate of all the other questions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The routine application of M-CHAT scale in children’s health care can improve the efficiency of early ASD screening,which is of great clinical significance.
