肌内效贴扎治疗脑卒中后偏瘫肩痛的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨肌内效贴扎治疗脑卒中后偏瘫肩痛患者的临床应用价值。方法:将2017年6月-2019年6月104例脑卒中后偏瘫肩痛患者作为研究对象,按照抽签法分为对照组52例(运动疗法治疗);观察组52例(肌内效贴扎治疗)。比较两组的疼痛程度、Fugl-Meyer、Bathel指数及生活质量。结果:治疗后观察组疼痛程度评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组Fugl-Meyer、Bathel指数评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组生活质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对脑卒中后偏瘫肩痛患者采用肌内效贴扎治疗,能够有效改善上肢功能,缓解疼痛程度,提高生活质量,疗效显著,临床应用价值较高。Objective:To explore the clinical application value of intramuscular effect sticking in the treatment of hemiplegic shoulder pain after stroke.Method:A total of 104 patients with hemiplegic shoulder pain after stroke from June 2017 to June 2019 were divided into the control group (52 cases,kinetotherapy) and the observation group (52 cases,intramuscular effect sticking) according to the method of drawing lots.The pain degree,Fugl-Meyer,Bathel index and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:The scores of pain degree in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The scores of Fugl-Meyer and Bathel index in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of intramuscular effect sticking can effectively improve the upper limb function,relieve the degree of pain,improve the quality of life,and have a significant effect on the clinical application of hemiplegic shoulder pain after stroke.
