牵拉负重康复训练在小儿脑性瘫痪治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨牵拉负重康复训练在小儿脑性瘫痪治疗中的应用。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年3月-2019年3月收治的50例脑性瘫痪患儿,将其随机分为对照组和研究组,每组25例。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上实施牵拉负重康复训练。比较两组临床疗效。结果:对照组治疗总有效率为76%,低于研究组的96%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患儿各项能力比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组独立性、运动能力及智力发育评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予脑性瘫痪患儿牵拉负重康复训练具有显著效果,有助于改善患儿智力发育、运动能力及独立性,治疗总有效率高,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the application of traction and weight-bearing rehabilitation training in the treatment of cerebral palsy in children.Method:A total of 50 children with cerebral palsy admitted in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the study group was given traction and weight-bearing rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the control group was 76%,which was lower than 96% in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in various abilities between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).After treatment,the independence,motor ability and intellectual development scores of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Traction and weight-bearing rehabilitation training for children with cerebral palsy has a significant effect,which is conducive to the improvement of intellectual development,motor ability and independence of children,and the total effective rate of treatment is high,which is worthy of popularization and application.
