摘  要:针对斜井箕斗在运输过程中易出现脱轨,设计了新型无线信息传感器传输网络系统。通过安装于箕斗矿车底部的感应传感器与光电传感器可以实时监测箕斗与轨道的接触状态。在牵引箕斗配重块与箕斗的钢丝绳处安放载荷传感器,用来监测钢丝绳的受力情况;在井口安装到位传感器,用来监测箕斗的到位状态。姿态传感器利用XL66系列无线转换器与M系列RS485数据采集模块将信息发送到井口接收装置,利用通讯电缆与上位机相连,通过组态王软件实时获取监测数据与画面。现场测试表明,本设计可以满足实际需求,提高了矿井的安全性能与生产效率。To prevent derail of bucket in inclined shaft during transportation,a new wireless network system for information sensor transmission was designed.The contact state between bucket and track was real-time monitored by inductive sensor and photoelectric sensor installed at the bottom of the bucket.Load sensors were placed at the counterweight of the bucket and the traction rope of the bucket to monitor the stress of the rope;sensors were mounted at the wellhead to monitor the position of the bucket.The attitude sensor used XL66 series wireless converter and M series RS485 data acquisition module for sending information to the receiving device at wellhead,employed a cable to communicate with the upper computer,and obtained the monitoring data and real-time picture by the Kingview software.Field test shows that the design could meet the actual needs and improve the safety performance and mining efficiency.
