和血明目片联合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液治疗球结膜下出血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨和血明目片联合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液治疗球结膜下出血的临床疗效,寻求促进球结膜下出血吸收、缩短病程的新方法。方法:将上海市金山区中西医结合医院门诊球结膜下出血面积占球结膜2个象限以上的患者80例,随机分为两组各40例,治疗组采用口服和血明目片联合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液治疗,对照组则采用口服维生素C片联合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液治疗,随访2周,对比两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组治愈率为72.5%,总显效率为95.0%;对照组的治愈率为17.5%,总显效率为75.0%;治疗组疗效明显高于对照组,两组治疗后经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:和血明目片联合双氯芬酸钠眼液治疗球结膜下出血疗效确切,有效加快了球结膜下出血的吸收,明显缩短病程,疗法简捷,未发现任何不良反应,安全实用,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Diclofenac Sodium Eye Drops combined with Hexue Mingmu Tablet in the treatment of subconjunctival hemorrhage,and to seek for a new method to promote the absorption of subconjunctival hemorrhage and shorten the course of disease.Methods:80 patients with subconjunctival hemorrhage in 2 quadrants or more of the bulbar conjunctiva were randomly divided into two groups(40 cases in each group).The treatment group was treated with Diclofenac Sodium Eye Drops combined with Hexue Mingmu Tablet.The control group was treated with oral vitamin C tablets combined with diclofenac sodium ophthalmic solution,and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups after 2-weeks follow-up.Results:The cure rate of the treatment group was 72.5%,and the total significant efficiency was 95.0%.The cure rate of the control group was 17.5%,and the total significant efficiency was 75.0%.The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.After treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Diclofenac Sodium Eye Drops combined with Hexue Mingmu Tablet has definite curative effect in the treatment of subconjunctival hemorrhage,it can accelerate the absorption of subconjunctival hemorrhage,significantly shorten the course of disease,and the treatment is simple.No adverse reaction is observed,so it is safe and practical and is worthy of being widely popularized in clinical application.
