耳尖放血治疗高血压病合并脑出血恢复期的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究耳尖放血在高血压病合并脑出血恢复期患者中的应用疗效,为中医护理高血压病提供参考。方法:将高血压病合并脑出血患者76例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各38例,对照组给予常规治疗和护理,观察组在对照组常规治疗和护理的基础上加用耳尖放血,疗程为4周,观察两组的临床疗效、收缩压、舒张压、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分、住院时间、生活质量(ADL-BI)评分、中医症状积分。结果:观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组和对照组收缩压、舒张压、NIHSS评分均、中医症状积分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组收缩压、舒张压、NIHSS评分、中医症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组住院时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组和对照组ADL-BI评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组ADL-BI评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:耳尖放血治疗高血压病合并脑出血恢复期可以控制血压,提高临床疗效,改善神经缺损功能,提高生活质量。Objective:To study the curative effect of ear tip exsanguination in patients with hypertension and cerebral hemorrhage during recovery,and to provide a reference for nursing of hypertension in TCM medicine.Methods:76 patients were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,38 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment and care.The course lasted for 4 weeks.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,NIHSS score,and TCM symptom score in the observation group and the control group were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,NIHSS score and TCM symptom score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The hospital stay in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The ADL-BI scores were higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the ADL-BI score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ear tip exsanguination on hypertension with cerebral hemorrhage during recovery can control blood pressure,improve clinical efficacy,improve neurological deficit function,and improve quality of life.
