摘　　要：资助育人工作是高校思想政治工作中的一项重要内容,资助育人工作的实效性直接关系到高校思想政治教育工作的成效。提升资助育人工作的实效性要转变工作理念,完善评价机制,加强对学生的心理健康教育,全面提升学生发展能力。Subsidizing education is an important part of Ideological and political work in Colleges and universities.The effectiveness of subsidizing education is directly related to the effectiveness of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.In order to improve the effectiveness of subsidizing education,we need to change the working concept,improve the evaluation mechanism,strengthen the mental health education of students,and comprehensively improve the development.t ability of students.
