摘 要:目的:掌握山东省大型真菌的资源和利用情况,为山东省大型真菌的合理开发和可持续发展提供理论依据。方法:采用文献资料整理和实地踏查相结合的方法,较为全面地统计了山东省已知大型真菌的种类数目。结果:初步统计山东省大型真菌共有557种,隶属68科,152属。并对其应用价值和优势科进行了归纳和整理,其中食用菌为118种,药用菌184种,药食两菌为57种。优势科主要为蘑菇科和红菇科等。结论:对山东省已知大型真菌的种类有了初步了解,为其综合开发利用和资源保护提供了科学依据。Objective:To master the resources and utilization of Macrofungi in Shandong Province,and to provide theoretical basis for the rational development and sustainable development of Macrofungi in Shandong Province.Methods:The number of known Macrofungi in Shandong Province was comprehensively counted by the method of literature collection and field investigation.Results:There are total 557 species of Macrofungi belonging to 68 families and 152 genera in Shandong Province,including 118 edible fungi,184 medicinal fungi and 57 medicinal and edible fungi.The dominant families are mainly Agaricaceae and Russulaceae.Conclusions:We have a preliminary understanding of the species of Macrofungi in Shandong Province,and provide a scientific basis for the comprehensive development and utilization of macrofungi and resource protection in Shandong Province.
