摘 要:以汽轮机某级叶片为研究对象,搭建了阻尼叶片振动特性试验装置,设计了阻尼叶片振动特性试验方案,测量了叶片在不同阻尼工况下的固有频率和振动幅值,以及叶根不同位置的振动加速度值。试验结果表明:随着阻尼量的增加,叶片的固有频率随之减小;添加阻尼材料后,叶片振动的幅值呈现先减小再增大的趋势;随着阻尼材料的增加,叶片的振动加速度先增大再减小;沿着叶根向叶顶方向,叶片的振动加速度与叶根部位约束有关。Taking a certain stage of steam turbine blade as the research object, a test device for vibration characteristics of damped blade was built, and a test scheme for vibration characteristics of damped blade was designed. The natural frequency and vibration amplitude of blade under different damping conditions and the vibration acceleration at different positions of blade root were measured. The experimental results show that the increase of damp is accompanied by the increase of damp. The natural frequency of the blade decreases with the increase of damping material. After adding damping material, the vibration amplitude of the blade decreases first and then increases, and there exists an optimal damping value. With the increase of damping material, the vibration acceleration of the blade increases first and then decreases, and there exists an optimal value;the vibration acceleration of the blade from the root to the top of the blade. The larger the leaf size, the more restrictive it is to the root position of the leaf.
