摘  要:针对机械式钻孔应力计无法实时记录围岩应力数值,有线传感器在工作面回采过程中线缆容易被扯断,应力数据无法可靠、实时地上传的问题,该文设计了一种采用SmartMeshIP无线网络通讯技术和压电电阻检测原理的矿用无线钻孔应力传感器。详细介绍了电压检测及转换电路、数码管显示电路、人机交互电路、元件信号处理电路、报警电路、无线组网模块六部分硬件电路设计,各部分电路低功耗工作机制,电池电量计算与选型以及传感器的软件流程。现场应用表明,该传感器实现了无线自组网数据传输及低功耗运行,能够保证在不换电池的情况下工作1年以上。Aiming at the problem that mechanical borehole stress meter can't record the stress value of surrounding rock in real time and the data of wired stress sensor can not be real-time and reliably uploaded because the cable of stress sensor is easy to be broken when the coal working face is mining,a wireless drilling stress sensor used SmartMesh IP network and principle of piezoelectric resistance detection is designed.Six parts of the hardware circuit is presented in details,including the voltage detection and conversion circuit,digital tube display circuit,Human-Computer interaction circuit,component signal processing circuit,alarm circuit,wireless network module design,the low power mechanism of all parts of the hardware circuit,calculation of the charge capacity and selection of the battery,and the software flow chart of the sensor are presented in details too.The field practice show that the sensor achieves data transmission and low power operation in Wireless Ad Hoc Networks,and can ensure the sensor can work more than a year without changing the battery.
