摘　　要：目的探讨早期乳腺癌患者行前哨淋巴结活检术保留腋窝功能的临床应用价值。方法选取2016年2月~2018年12月我院收治的50例早期乳腺癌手术患者,根据手术方式的不同,将27例腋窝处行前哨淋巴结活检术患者纳入观察组,23例行乳腺癌根治术患者纳入对照组。采用乳腺癌特异量表(QLQ-BR23)评价两组患者术前及术后6个月的生活质量,检测术前与术后6个月的静脉血中CA125、CA153水平及并发症的发生率。结果两组患者术前QLQ-BR23评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组术后QLQ-BR23评分各项指标均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症发生率为7.41%(2/27),对照组为56.52%(13/23),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术前、术后血清CA125、CA153含量比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论早期乳腺癌患者行前哨淋巴结活检术保留腋窝功能,能提高生活质量,减少并发症的发生,不增加肿瘤复发几率。Objective To investigate the clinical value of sentinel lymph node biopsy in the axillary preservation of patients with early breast cancer.Methods Fifty patients with early breast cancer surgery admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to December 2018 were enrolled.27 patients with sentinel lymph node biopsy were included in the observation group according to different surgical methods.23 patients with radical mastectomy were included in the control group.The breast cancer specific scale(QLQ-BR23)was used to evaluate the quality of life of the two groups before and 6 months after surgery.The levels of CA125 and CA153 in the venous blood and the incidence of complications before and 6 months after surgery were detected.Results There were no significant differences in preoperative QLQBR23 scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The postoperative QLQ-BR23 scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate was 7.41%(2/27)in the observation group and 56.52%(13/23)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in serum CA125 and CA153 between the two groups before and after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion Sentinel lymph node biopsy in the axillary preservation of patients with early breast cancer can improve quality of life,reduce the incidence of complications,and not increase the probability of tumor recurrence.
