结肠水疗联合盆底生物反馈治疗功能性便秘临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察结肠水疗联合生物反馈治疗对功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法选取2015年6月~2018年6月我院功能性便秘患者85例并随机分为甲乙两组。甲组患者实施盆底生物反馈治疗,共37例;乙组患者实施结肠水疗联合盆底生物反馈治疗,共48例。比较甲乙两组患者治疗费用、治疗时间、复诊次数等指标。结果甲组患者的治疗费用、治疗时间、复诊次数和治疗后半年内复发率均显著高于乙组(P<0.05),而乙组患者治疗有效率和满意度显著高于甲组(P<0.05)。结论结肠水疗联合盆底生物反馈治疗功能性便秘具有无创、无药物依赖、治疗时间较短、费用低、复发率低且患者满意度高等优势,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of colon hydrotherapy combined with pelvic floor biofeedback therapy for functional constipation. Methods 85 patients with functional constipation in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2018 were randomly divided into group A and B. The patients in group A(n=37) underwent pelvic floor biofeedback therapy. The patients in group B(n=48) underwent colon hydrotherapy combined with pelvic floor biofeedback therapy.The treatment costs, treatment time, and number of visits between the two groups were compared. Results The treatment cost, treatment time, number of re-examinations and recurrence rate within six months after treatment were significantly higher in group A than those in group B(P<0.05), while group B patients had significantly higher treatment effi ciency and satisfaction than group A(P<0.05). Conclusion Colon hydrotherapy combined with pelvic floor biofeedback therapy for functional constipation has the advantages of non-invasive, drug-free, short treatment time, low cost, low recurrence rate and high patient satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application.
