床旁神经电生理监测在重症监护室意识障碍患者中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析重症监护室意识障碍患者的GCS评分、脑电图分级及短潜伏期体感诱发电位与预后的相关性。方法对郑州市第七人民医院重症监护室的67例急性起病的意识障碍患者分别进行GCS评分、脑电图监测及短潜伏期体感诱发电位检查,采用Synek分级标准进行视频脑电分级,随访3个月用GOS量表进行预后评估。结果GCS评分、脑电图分级及短潜伏期体感诱发电位(N20)与预后具有相关性且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经电生理监测,尤其GCS评分、脑电图分级及短潜伏期体感诱发电位对重症监护室意识障碍患者的诊断及预后评价有重要意义。Objective To analyze the correlation between Glasgow coma scale score(GCS),EEG grade,short latency somatosensory evoked potential(SSEP)and prognosis in patients with consciousness disturbance in ICU.Methods 67 patients were enrolled in our study,who with acute consciousness disorder in our intensive care unit,all patients were measured the GCS score,EEG monitoring and SSEP,EEG was graded with Synek Grading standard,and follow up for 3 months to evaluate the prognosis with Glasgow Outcome Scale(GOS).Results GCS score,EEG grade,and SSEP were correlated with prognosis and had statistical significance.Conclusion Neuroelectrophysiological monitoring,especially GCS score,EEG grade,and SSEP had great significance to the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of patients with consciousness disorder in ICU.
