摘 要:采用液相SO3磺化生产石油磺酸盐的过程中,因纯SO3反应活性过高、反应迅速,而现有的反应器传质效果较差,导致磺化过程中易产生过氧化、过磺化等副反应,影响产品的性能。所以需要对磺化反应器进行改进,本文主要是用喷射反应器来替代釜式反应器进行反应,反应过程中控制实验条件,改变磺化剂的加入比例得到相应的样品,用全分析、液相色谱、质谱分析、界面张力检测等分析方法对样品进行分析检测,得出喷射反应器作为磺化反应器优于车间釜式反应器。In the process of producing petroleum sulfonate by liquid SO3 sulfonation,the reaction activity of pure SO3 is too high and the reaction is rapid,However,the mass transfer efficiency of the existing reactor is poor,It is easy to produce side reactions such as peroxide and supersulfonation in the process of sulfonation,which will affect the performance of the product.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the sulfonation reactor. In this paper,jet reactor is used instead of kettle reactor,During the reaction,the experimental conditions were controlled,and the proportion of sulfonating agent was changed to obtain the corresponding samples,The samples were analyzed by full analysis,liquid chromatography,mass spectrometry and interfacial tension detection,It is concluded that the jet reactor is better than the kettle reactor.
