摘　　要：患者,女,71岁。左胫前黑褐色结节5年。结合临床症状和组织病理检查,诊断为动脉瘤样纤维组织细胞瘤。给予手术完整切除治疗,随访至今未复发。A 71-year-old female presented with black-brown nodule on the left shin for 5 years.Combined with clinical symptoms and histopathological examination,a diagnosis of aneurysmal fibrous histiocytoma was made.Complete surgical resection was given with no recurrence.
