摘　　要：XEN凝胶支架植入术是新型微创青光眼手术,属于外引流手术。该手术具有组织损伤小、手术时间短、能有效降低眼压、并发症少且易于学习掌握等优点,术后严格管理滤过泡对提高手术成功率至关重要。XEN gel stent implantation is a new type of minimally invasive glaucoma surgery.It is an external drainage operation.The operation has the advantages of less tissue damage,shorter operation time,effective reduction of intraocular pressure,fewer complications and easy to learn.However,the strict management of filtering blebs after operation is important to improve the success rate of the operation.
