摘　　要：伟大的无产阶级革命家、教育家徐特立一生追求救国救民的真理,体现出可贵的"特立精神",这种精神包括胸怀天下的情怀抱负、自强不息的进取精神、坚忍不拔的顽强意志、勤俭朴实的生活作风,以及以人为本的思想情愫等等。"特立精神"的形成,不仅源于徐特立独特的人生经历,同时也有着深刻的中国传统文化根源。As a great proletarian revolutionist and educator, Xu Teli devoted his whole life to pursing the truth of saving China and the people, reflecting the valuable "Teli Spirit", including the feelings and aspirations of having the world in his heart, the enterprising spirit of self-improvement, indomitable will, frugal and simple style of life, as well as the people-oriented thought, etc. The formation of Teli Spirit comes from Xu Teli’s unique life experience and has a profound source of traditional Chinese culture as well.
