摘  要:肾脏结构和功能异常超过3个月定义为慢性肾脏病,可以逐渐进展并且不可逆,最终导致多种并发症。慢性肾脏病的并发症包括蛋白质和能量代谢障碍、酸碱平衡紊乱、内分泌激素异常等。虽然证据还不是很确实,但是饮食指导有可能延缓肾脏疾病的进展及并发症的发生。在世界范围内大约10%的成年人患有慢性肾脏疾病,考虑到维持透析和移植治疗的高费用和负担问题,饮食治疗作为慢性肾脏病的干预因素之一会越来越引起重视。Chronic kidney disease,defined as an abnormal renal structure and function for more than 3 months,can irreversible progressed and lead to a variety of complications.Complications of chronic kidney disease include disorders of protein and energy metabolism,disorders of acid-base balance,and abnormal endocrine hormones.Although the evidence is not assuredness,dietary guidance may delay the progression of kidney disease and the occurrence of complications.About 10%of adults in the world suffer from chronic kidney disease.Considering the high cost and burden of maintaining dialysis and transplantation,dietary therapy as an intervention factor for chronic kidney disease is attracting more and more attention.
