摘 要:我国重型岩巷掘进机尚处于起步阶段,使致岩巷机械化掘进成为各煤矿普遍存在的技术难题,研究决定研制一种硬岩横轴式掘进机,介绍了该掘进机的结构组成、主要技术指标。通过模拟试验表明,该掘进机的成功研制将进一步缓解“采掘比例”失调的矛盾,提高掘进机械化水平和高端机电成套装备制造水平,为我国岩巷掘进提供设备保障。Heavy-duty rock roadheader in China is still in its infancy,mechanized rock roadway excavation is a common technical problem in coal mines.After repeated research,it has been decided to develop a horizontal-axis roadheader for hard rock.The structure and main technical indexes of the roadheader have been introduced.The simulation test showed that the successful development of the roadheader can further alleviate the contradiction of the imbalance of“mining proportion”,improve the level of mechanization of roadheading and the manufacturing level of high-end mechanical and electrical equipment,and provide equipment support for rock roadway excavation in China.
