摘　　要：为加强基础地理信息更新管理工作,结合新型基础测绘的新业务、新流程特点,按照地理信息系统软件工程建设步骤,基于Java EE平台研发了浏览器/服务器架构下的新型基础测绘业务信息化管理系统。该系统融合网格化生产管理模式,实现了增量包生产信息流转的在线登记和发布,解决了传统基础测绘纸质登记方式导致的生产信息共享困难问题。应用实践表明,该系统能够有效地提高工作时效,增强了基础测绘工作规划管理的合理性。To strengthen the basic geographic information update management,We combined the characteristics new services and new processes of the new basic surveying and mapping,developed a new basic surveying and mapping business information management system under the B/S framework system based on Java EE platform according to the GIS software engineering construction steps.This system integrate a grid-based production management model and realize on-line registration and publication of incremental package production information circulation,which solves the difficulties in production information sharing caused by the traditional basic mapping and paper registration methods.Application practice shows that this system can effectively improve the working time efficiency and enhance the rationality of the basic surveying and mapping work planning and management.
