摘　　要：慢性髓细胞白血病(CML)患者的BCR-ABL融合基因转录本类型表现多样,不同转录本表达不同的融合蛋白。伴不同BCR-ABL融合基因转录本CML患者的发病率、临床与血液学特征、临床转归均不统一。根据CML患者的BCR-ABL融合基因转录本类型,可以帮助诊断,指导酪氨酸激酶抑制剂(TKI)药物选择及治疗监测。为了明确CML中不同BCR-ABL融合基因转录本的临床意义,笔者拟就伴不同BCR-ABL融合基因转录本CML患者的临床特征及预后生存的研究进展进行综述。Types of BCR-ABL fusion transcripts of chronic myeloid leukemia(CML)are diverse.Different BCR-ABL fusion transcripts express different fusion proteins,and these patients′incidence,clinical and hematological characteristics and clinical outcomes are not uniform.BCR-ABL fusion transcripts of CML patients can help diagnosing,guiding choices of tyrosine kinase inhibitor(TKI)and treatment monitoring.In order to clarify the clinical significance of different BCR-ABL fusion transcripts in CML,this article reviews the clinical features and prognosis of CML patients with different BCR-ABL fusion transcript types.
