摘　　要：国际航空法案例研习课程以航空领域具有典型性的案例作为研究对象,以国际航空法的基本理论作为依据对案例事实、所涉及的法律争议、处理结果进行分析。在分析过程中,应采取多种研究方法,如法条分析法、案例比较法、学科综合法,从多个层面对案例进行剖析,从中抽象出普遍性的原理。在选取案例时应当注意案例和课程的体系性,回避争议性较强和信息获取不全面的案例。The international aviation law case study course takes a typical case in the aviation field as the research object,and analyzes the facts of the case,the legal disputes involved,and the processing results based on the basic theory of international air law.In the process of analysis,a variety of research methods should be adopted,such as the law article analysis method,the case comparison method,and the subject comprehensive method.The case is analyzed from multiple layers,and the principle of universality is abstracted from it.When selecting a case,we should pay attention to the system of the case and the course,and avoid cases with strong controversy and incomplete information acquisition.
