摘  要:劳动并不等于劳动教育。为了适应社会环境的变化,新时期有效劳动教育应该满足心理的、智力的和社会的三个条件。第一,新时期有效劳动教育应该以儿童的需要、兴趣和经验为基础和出发点。它应该是儿童意愿和思想的表达,而非外在意志的强加,确保儿童身心的统一。第二,新时期有效劳动教育的效果依赖于它在多大程度上与智力因素相结合,促进手脑和知行的统一。体力因素仅仅只是达到智力因素的手段和工具,而非目的本身。第三,新时期有效劳动教育的最终价值标准是社会的。它应该代表典型社会生活经验,帮助年轻一代了解人类文明进化的历程,形成他们的社会意识、社会兴趣和社会能力,实现个人与社会的统一。Labor is not equal to labor education.For adaption with new social environment,new labor education must meet three conditions,such as psychological conditions,intellectual conditions and social conditions.Firstly,new labor education should based on and depart from the need,interest and experience of children.Which should he the expression of ideas and thoughts of children themselves rather than given by any other person's idea from without,for the aim of connection between mind and body.Secondly,the effects of new labor education depend on how far it will to connect with intellectual factor in labor course,to integrate hand and brain,theory and practice.Since body and skill just means for aim of intellectual rather than aim self.Thirdly,the final value scale is social.Which should represent the typical experiences of social life,promoting younger generation to understand the course of human civilization,to form them needful social consciousness,social interest and social ability,come true perfect balance between individual and society.
