摘 要:目的探索多学科综合教学模式(multidisciplinary treatment,MDT)在颅内肿瘤加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)临床教学中的应用效果。方法将华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院神经外科于2018年6月-2019年7月期间接受住院医师规范化培训的70名人员随机分为两组,A组为MDT教学组,B组为传统教学组。培训期满时,对两组规范化培训人员进行出科考试,并发放满意度调查问卷,了解不同分组对教学成果的满意情况。结果出科成绩和满意度调查的结果显示,A组结果均高于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在颅内肿瘤ERAS的住院医师规范化培训教学中,MDT模式能提高规范化培训人员的理论实践能力及其对教学效果的满意度。Objective To explore the application outcomes of multidisciplinary treatment(MDT) in ERAS of intracranial tumor clinical teaching. Methods 70 standardized training resident doctors were randomly divided into 2 groups: MDT teaching group(group A) and traditional teaching group(group B), each having 35 members. As an evaluation of teaching effect, an exam and a questionnaire-based survey were held to at the end of training in the two groups. Results Group A show significantly better performance than group B in both the examination score and the results of the survey(P < 0.05). Conclusion Compare to traditional teaching mode, MDT teaching method can improve the efficiency of learning and get more satisfaction for ERAS of intracranial tumor clinical training.
