摘 要:目的探究PIVAS多元化教学模式对心内科护生教学的推进作用。方法回顾性分析2015年6月-2018年6月于本院心内科实习的220名护生的教学成效,根据教学模式差异将其分为观察组和对照组,每组110名护生,对照组采取常规带教方式,观察组则实施PIVAS多元化教学模式,实习两周后对比两组理论知识成绩和专业技能考核成绩以及对教学方法的满意程度。结果观察组护生理论知识和专业技能考核成绩均显著高于对照组,且对教学方法满意度明显更高,P <0.05,数据对比差异存在统计学意义。结论 PIVAS多元化教学模式在心内科护生教学中应用效果显著,可充分调动学生积极性,帮助学生抓住学习重点,从而进一步加强理论知识和操作技能掌握程度,到达预期的培训目的,为护生今后实习、工作奠定了坚实基础。Objective To explore the role of PIVAS diversified teaching model in promoting the teaching of nursing students in the department of cardiology. Methods A retrospective analysis in June 2015 to June 2018 in our hospital heart medicine practice 220 escort of teaching effectiveness, according to the different teaching mode will be divided into the observation group and control group, each group of 110 escort, the control group take regular teaching way, the observation group PIVAS diversified teaching mode, two weeks after the internship compared two groups of theory achievement and professional skills appraisal result and the teaching method of satisfaction. Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and professional skills in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the satisfaction with teaching methods was significantly higher in the observation group(P < 0.05), indicating statistical significance in the data comparison. Conclusion The diversified teaching mode of PIVAS has a significant effect on the teaching of nursing students in the department of cardiology, which can fully arouse students’ enthusiasm and help students grasp the learning focus, so as to further strengthen the mastery of theoretical knowledge and operational skills, reach the expected training purpose, and lay a solid foundation for nursing students to practice and work in the future.
