摘  要:目的分析多学科联合教学模式在急性胰腺炎诊治教学中的应用效果。方法选取2017年7月-2018年6月本校临床医学专业的学生200名,随机分为两组,对照组100名,观察组100名,给予对照组单一学科的教学模式,观察组应用多学科联合的教学模式,对两组教学效果进行观察。结果对比两组临床实践、病历分析数据,观察组高于对照组,对比差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05),两组理论知识对比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);经问卷调查显示,对比教学模式认可、提升学习兴趣、提升诊断分析能力、教学内容创新方面,观察组较对照组高,对比差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05),对比两组在提升学习效率方面差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论针对诊治急性胰腺炎的教学中应用多学科联合的教学模式,取得了较为良好的效果,可使学生分析和解决问题的能力得到培养。Objective To analyze the application effect of multidisciplinary teaching mode in the diagnosis and treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods A total of 200 students in clinical medicine from July 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, 100 in the control group and 100 in the observation group. The teaching model of the single subject in the control group was given. The multi-disciplinary teaching model observes the effects of the two groups. Results Comparing the clinical practice and medical record analysis data of the two groups, the observation group was higher than the control group, and there was a difference between the two groups(P < 0.05). There was no difference in the theoretical knowledge between the two groups(P > 0.05). The questionnaire showed that the comparison teaching mode recognized In terms of improving learning interest, improving diagnostic analysis ability, and teaching content innovation, the observation group was higher than the control group, and there was a difference between the two groups(P < 0.05). There was no difference in the improvement learning efficiency between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion The application of multidisciplinary teaching mode in the teaching of diagnosis and treatment of acute pancreatitis has achieved relatively good results, which enables students to develop and solve problems.
