摘 要:目的分析糖化血红蛋白与血脂检测在2型糖尿病检测中的临床意义。方法在2017年3月-2018年9月,选取本院2型糖尿病38例作为观察组,选取同期健康者38例作为对照组,均进行糖化血红蛋白与血脂检测,观察检测结果。结果观察组空腹血糖(7.50±0.57)mmol/L,糖化血红蛋白(8.25±1.33)%,高于对照组,P <0.05,观察组总胆固醇(5.96±1.40)mmol/L,甘油三酯(2.82±1.40)mmol/L,高密度蛋白胆固醇(0.88±0.26)mmol/L,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(2.86±1.31)mmol/L,与对照组相比,P <0.05。结论通过糖化血红蛋白与血脂检测,能有效诊断2型糖尿病,并为患者提供临床治疗依据,改善其预后,临床应用价值较高。Objective To analyze the clinical significance of glycosylated hemoglobin and blood lipid in the detection of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods From March 2017 to September 2018, 38 patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital were selected as observation group and 38 healthy persons as control group during the same period. Results The fasting blood glucose(7.50±0.57) mmol/L, glycosylated hemoglobin(8.25±1.33)% in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05), total cholesterol(5.96±1.40) mmol/L, triglyceride(2.82±1.40) mmol/L, high density protein cholesterol(0.88±0.26) mmol/L, low density lipoprotein cholesterol(2.86±1.31) mmol/L in the observation group werehigher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The detection of glycosylated hemoglobin and blood lipid can effectively diagnose type 2 diabetes mellitus, and provide the basis for clinical treatment, improve the prognosis of patients with high clinical value.
