摘  要:目的分析不同胰岛素强化治疗方案对2型糖尿病患者胰腺β细胞功能所起到的保护作用。方法选择本院2017年1月-2018年12月内所收治的64例2型糖尿病患者作为本次研究的对象,随机将患者划分为观察组和对照组,每组32例。对照组选择多次胰岛素皮下注射治疗方案,观察组则选择短期持续胰岛素皮下注射方案,比较治疗后两组患者的β细胞功能参数变化判断治疗效果。结果本次研究结果表明,在HOMA-IR、HOMA-β、FPIR和AUCIMS 0-10四项指标方面,观察组均要显著优于对照组,这说明观察组的胰岛β细胞功能改善情况非常明显,可以有效避免胰岛素抵抗方面的问题。各项数据结果差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)结论短期持续胰岛素皮下注射方案能够显著改善患者的β细胞功能,证明患者的炎症反应得到了有效改善,可以被作为一种更加科学合理的强化治疗方案。Objective To analyze the protective effects of different intensive insulin treatments on pancreatic beta cell function in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 64 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the objects of this study. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 32 cases in each group. In the control group, multiple insulin subcutaneous injection was selected, while in the observation group, short-term continuous insulin subcutaneous injection was selected. After treatment, changes in beta cell function parameters in the two groups were compared to determine the therapeutic effect. Results The results of this study showed that the observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of the four indicators of homa-ir, homa-beta, FPIR and AUCIMS 0-10, indicating that the pancreatic islet beta cell function in the observation group was significantly improved, which could effectively avoid insulin resistance problems. Conclusion The short-term continuous insulin subcutaneous injection regimen can significantly improve the beta cell function of patients, proving that patients’ inflammatory response has been effectively improved, which can be used as a more scientific and reasonable intensive treatment regimen.
