摘　　要：阐述了职业能力与职业能力结构的内涵,以陕西工业职业技术学院为例,分析在智能制造背景下高职模具专业的职业能力结构,围绕核心岗位的工作领域,探讨高职模具专业培养方案调整的措施与方法,以适应模具产业智能化升级改造的要求。This paper expounds the connotation of the professional ability and the structure of professional ability.Taking Shaanxi Institute of industry and technology as an example,it analyzes the structure of professional ability of die&mold specialty in ihe context of intelligenl manufacturing,and probes into the measures and methods for adjusting the training program of die&mold specialty in higher vocational education around the work field of core posts,so as to meet the requirements of intelligent upgrading and transformation of die&mold industry.
