摘　　要：随着高等职业院校毕业生人数增多,毕业生中就业困难群体比例也逐步增加,且日益受到社会的广泛关注。解决好高职院校就业困难特殊群体这个难题,是政府促进就业、改善民生的重要大事。目前,高职院校就业困难群体帮扶主体单一,以面为主,精度不高,尚未形成相对科学的帮扶体系。基于多中心理论视角,构建基于政府、高职院校、企业、社会及个人多主体平等合作的就业困难群体帮扶体系可以有效发挥各方合力,实现由粗放帮扶到精准帮扶的转变,提高帮扶质量和效率。With the increasing of graduates from higher vocational colleges,the proportion of graduates with employment difficulties has gradually increased,and it has received increasing attention from the society.Solving the problem of special groups with employment difficulties in higher vocational colleges is an important event for the government to promote employment and improve people's livelihood.At present,the employment difficulties of higher vocational colleges are mainly for the main body,mainly based on face,and the precision is not high,and a relatively scientific help system has not yet been formed.The construction of a support system based on equal cooperation between the government,higher vocational colleges,enterprises,society and individuals can effectively exert the synergy of all parties and realize the transformation from extensive assistance to precise assistance,improve the quality and efficiency of help.
