中华麦饭石中提取矿物质的工艺研究

摘　　要：中华麦饭石是一种对生物无毒无害、具有一定生物活性的天然矿物岩石。以中华麦饭石为原料,研制了一种麦饭石连续提取装置,考察粒径、活化温度、泵流量和柱串联数对中华麦饭石溶出性能的影响;对煅烧活化前后的麦饭石进行XRD、SEM和EDS分析。结果表明,使用煅烧活化工艺和连续提取装置,中华麦饭石溶出矿物元素的数量提高几十倍。在750℃煅烧活化处理、泵流量为5 mL/min及多柱串联条件下,中华麦饭石溶出TDS、Sr和Si数量最高分别可达4400、2.456和33.021 mg/L。Chinese medical stone is a kind of natural mineral rock that has non-toxic and biologically active.The effect of particle size,activation temperature,pump flow rate and column series on the dissolution performance of Chinese medical stone was investigated.XRD,SEM and EDS were used to analyze the calcined and activated Chinese medical stone.The results show that the amount of mineral elements leached from Chinese medical stone can be increased by tens of times by using calcination activation process and continuous extraction device.Under the condition of 750℃ calcination activation treatment pump flow rate of 5 mL/min and multi column series connection,the dissolution of TDS,Sr and Si from Chinese medical stone reached 4400,2.456 and 33.021mg/L respectively.
