摘　　要：充分发挥基础医学实验室培育人才的重要作用,推动教学科研同步发展,必须不断强化基础医学实验室科学管理,健全仪器设备全生命周期各环节的管理制度,提升实验室仪器设备的使用价值并发挥其效益的最大化。文章结合汕头大学医学院在开展生物化学与分子生物学实验室建设中,强化对本科生人才培养的实践,系统阐述了加强基础医学实验室仪器设备科学管理多个层面上的思考。To give full play to the important role of basic medical laboratories in cultivating talents and promote the simultaneous development of teaching and scientific research,it is necessary to constantly strengthen the scientific management of basic medical laboratories,improve the management system of instruments and equipment in the whole life cycle,enhance the value of laboratory instruments and equipment and maximize their benefits.Based on the training practice of undergraduates in the construction of biochemistry and molecular biology laboratory in the Shantou University Medical College,this paper systematically expounds the thoughts of strengthening the scientific management of instruments and equipment in basic medical laboratories.
