摘　　要：内毒素耐受是机体对抗过度炎症反应时产生的一种保护性机制,指机体接受小剂量内毒素刺激后产生的一系列复杂的适应性调节反应,是机体或细胞对后续刺激反应性降低的一种现象。在内毒素诱导的葡萄膜炎中不仅可防止内毒素再次刺激后出现过度的炎症反应,还能减轻葡萄膜炎的症状。因此,如能阐明内毒素耐受减轻葡萄膜炎症状的机制及关键性调控因子,将有可能为以内毒素耐受为基础的葡萄膜炎的治疗找到新的靶点。Endotoxin tolerance,refers to a series of complex and adaptive adjustment reaction produced by the body given small dose of lipopolysaccharide(LPS)in advance.It is a phenomenon of decreased responsiveness of the body or cells to subsequent stimulation.The pretreatment not only can prevent the LPS from causing excessive inflammation in the body,but also can relieve the symptoms of endotoxin-induced uveitis.Therefore,if we can clarify the mechanism and key control factor of endotoxin tolerance in uveitis,we may find new targets for the treatment in uveitis,which is based on endotoxin tolerance.
