摘 要:双重化脉冲整流器是电力牵引交流传动系统的重要组成部分,它的可靠性直接影响整个动车组的安全稳定运行,其主电路功率管IGBT是最易发生故障的部分。现有文献中针对多个IGBT开路故障定位研究较少,而双重化脉冲整流器存在8个功率管,故对于双管、多管故障的诊断也不可忽视。为此,该文以双重化脉冲整流器为研究对象,分析了正常工作模式和多种功率管开路故障情况。通过对比门极信号与线电压的变化情况,提出了一种多管开路故障快速诊断方法,其具备硬件电路简单、计算量小的优点,并基于电磁暂态仿真软件StarSim,搭建硬件在环(HIL)和快速原型控制器(RCP)测试平台验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。结果表明,该方法能迅速实现功率管单管、双管及多管故障的准确定位,且不受负载扰动影响。The double-PWM rectifier is an important part of the electric traction AC drive system. Its reliability directly affects the safe and stable operation of the entire EMUs. The IGBT is the most vulnerable part of the rectifier. In the existing literature, there are few researches on open fault location of multiple IGBTs. However, there are 8 power transistors in the double-PWM rectifier, hence the diagnosis of double-tube and multi-tube faults cannot be ignored. In this paper, taking the double-PWM rectifier as the research object, the normal working mode and various power tube open-circuit faults were analyzed. By comparing the changes of gate signal and line voltage, a fast diagnosis method for multi-tube open-circuit fault was proposed. It has the advantages of simple hardware circuit and small calculation. Test results in the hardware-in-the-loop(HIL) and rapid control prototyping(RCP) system have illustrated the validity and feasibility of the proposed method based on electromagnetic transient simulation software StarSim. It is show that the method can quickly locate the faults of single, double and multi-tube of power tubes without being affected by load disturbance.
