摘 要:航空发动机上薄壁回转体复材构件的制造装配涉及到调姿定位、制孔、铆接、涂胶等工序,而调姿定位效率和定位精度关系到产品的产能和装配质量。为了进一步提高该产品的装配质量和装配效率,研制了一种机器人调姿定位系统以替代人工装配调姿定位作业。该系统是基于RV传动的4自由度高刚性机械臂,能对薄壁回转体复材构件进行自动抓取和高精度快速调姿定位,为航空发动机薄壁回转体复材构件产品的数字化制造装配调姿定位提供了新的技术手段和工艺装备。There are some important thin-walled rotary composite components in aero-engine,the manufacturing and assembly process of which include positioning,drilling-riveting,glue coating and other processes.The positioning efficiency and accuracy are related to the production capacity and assembly quality.In order to improve assembly quality and efficiency,the authors have developed a positioning system for the automatic assembly of the composite components which applies a 4-DOF manipulator based on RV transmission.It is proven to realize the automatic grasping and highprecision positioning of the composite components,as well as to solve the problem of low accuracy and efficiency of the manual posture alignment in the assembly of the composite components.This article could establish the foundation for further realizing the intelligent manufacturing of the aero-engine composite components.
