摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎流行期间,护士人力要及时向医院疫情防控工作的重点科室调配,同时要保留充足的人力组建赴鄂及定点医院的外派护理队伍。通过建立护理领导小组统一指挥并确立调配优先顺序,采取合并护理单元增加可调配护士人力、科室护士分组排班、减少护士承担非专业工作等方法有效的保障了护士人力调配。During the epidemic of COVID-19,nurses should deploy timely to the key departments of epidemic prevention and control in hospitals,while retaining enough manpower to organize expatriate nursing teams in hospitals and designated hospitals.Through the establishment of the nursing leading group to unify the command and establish the priority of deployment,the methods such as adding the deployable nurse manpower by combining the nursing units,arranging the nurses in different groups in different departments,and reducing the non professional work undertaken by the nurses effectively guaranteed the deployment of the nurse manpower.
