摘　　要：晋陕黄河特大桥是大西客专重点控制工程之一。文章结合黄河特大铁路桥工程特点设计了合理的施工组织方案并编制了概算,从桥梁设计各个阶段分析了该桥的投资控制要点。结果表明,通过合理制定黄河特大铁路桥施工组织设计方案,将初步设计概算、施工图预算控制在可行性研究批复之内,能有效控制工程投资,保证工程顺利实施。The Daxi High-speed Railway JinShan Yellow River Extra Large Bridge is one of the key control projects of the line.This paper combines the characteristics of the Yellow River Extra Large Railway Bridge project to design a reasonable construction organization plan and prepare the budget estimate;analyzes the investment control points of the bridge from various stages of bridge design.The results show that by rationally formulating the construction design of the Yellow River Extra Large Railway Bridge,the preliminary design budget and construction drawing budget are all controlled within the feasibility study approval,thus effectively controlling the project investment and ensuring the smooth implementation of the project.
