摘　　要：社会进步,带来人群健康需求的日益增长,社会对体育专业人才的要求也越来越高,更多培养社会需要的体育人才应该引起社会各界的高度重视,怎样合理科学的健身,需要有专业的人员来给出科学的指导,就当前的社会体育专业人才培养机制来看,其整个体系还不够成熟完善,需要进一步进行优化建设,并且需要一定的激励体制。Social progress has brought about a growing demand for the health of the population.The society has become more and more demanding for sports professionals.More sports talents that need to cultivate the society should be highly valued by all walks of life.How to rationally and scientifically exercise,It is necessary to have professional personnel to give scientific guidance.As far as the current social sports professional training mechanism is concerned,the whole system is not mature enough and needs to be further optimized and requires a certain incentive system.
