摘　　要：结合辽宁农业职业技术学院朋朋宠物科技学院混合所有制办学的实践探索,提出了"高职混合所有制办学可以而且应该多样化""要与有规模、有影响、有品牌、有情怀的企业合作开展混合所有制办学"等理念;以此为起点,构建出以"三融三不融""一平台、四体系"等为核心内容的混合所有制办学体制机制,为高职人才培养注入了"混合动力"。Abstact:Based on the practice and exploration of mixed ownership in Pengpeng Pet Science and Technology College of Liaoning Agricultural Technical College,this paper puts forward the concepts of "mixed ownership in higher vocational colleges. Mixed ownership can achieve and should achieve form diversification,and colleges must cooperate with enterprises with scale,influence,brand and feelings. Based on this concept,the author put forward the system and mechanism of mixed ownership.
