摘  要:目的指导临床医生和患者合理应用长效胰岛素类似物,为糖尿病的治疗提供一定的参考。方法回顾性分析目前长效胰岛素类似物与糖尿病相关的研究资料,进行总结探究。结果对各类型的糖尿病,长效胰岛素都可起到一定的血糖控制作用,可减缓相关的症状;人体血糖的控制机理很复杂,且需要经过较长的时间,无法短时间内起到显著的控制效果。单纯注射胰岛素或口服降糖药都有一定的局限性,因而一般需要进行联合治疗,能起到较好的降糖作用;德谷胰岛素与甘精胰岛素对比低血糖发生率较低。结论甘精胰岛素、地特胰岛素和德谷胰岛素都具有各自的优缺点,因此,治疗糖尿病时,需要结合患者多种不同因素,按照个体化需求选择不同的胰岛素进行治疗并预防糖尿病的进一步发展。Objective To guide clinicians and patients to rationally apply long-acting insulin analogues and to provide a reference for the treatment of diabetes. Methods Retrospective analysis of the current research data related to long-acting insulin analogues and type II diabetes was studied. Results For all types of diabetes, long-acting insulin can play a role in blood sugar control, which can alleviate related symptoms. The control mechanism of human blood sugar is very complicated, and the control effect takes a long time to be significant. Insulin injection or oral hypoglycemic agents alone have certain limitations, so it is generally necessary to carry out combination therapy, which can play a better hypoglycemic effect;the incidence of hypoglycemia of insulin decoction is lower than that of insulin glargine. Conclusion: IGla, IDet and IDeg all have their own advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, when treating diabetes, it is necessary to consider into different factors of patients, choose different insulin according to the needs of body formation, and prevent further development of diabetes.
