试论楼英《医学纲目》脾胃部理法特点

摘　　要：楼英在长期医学实践的基础上,编著《医学纲目》,对后世影响甚深。楼英私淑丹溪学说,特别是其脾胃部的理法特点,更是结合了丹溪脾胃学说的内容,与丹溪学派脾胃学说的内容互为补充。《医学纲目》脾胃部中很多思维和方法出自丹溪学说,尤其是丹溪顾护脾胃的思想,并结合痰这一病理特点,形成独特体系。楼英在这一部分中,结合丹溪重视脾胃的学术思想,并大量引用经典,和自身对医学的感悟与看法,形成独特纲目性的体系,因此,其著作对后世影响甚大,值得深入学习和研究。In the long-term medical practice,LOU Ying formed the Outline of Medicine,which has a profound impact on future generations.LOU Ying’s private Shudanxi theory,especially its physical and legal characteristics of the spleen-stomach,combines the content of Danxi’s spleen-stomach theory,which is worth complementing with the content of Danxi’s spleen-stomach theory.Many thoughts and methods in the spleen-stomach originate from Danxi theory,especially Danxi’s thought of protecting the spleen and stomach,combining with the pathological characteristics of phlegm,forming a unique system.In this part,LOU Ying combines Danxi’s academic thought of emphasizing spleenstomach,quotes a lot of classics,and his own understanding and views on medicine to form a unique syllabus system.Therefore,his works have a great impact on future generations and are worthy of further study and research.
