从“形神合一”谈《千金方》导引养生思想

摘　　要："形神合一"是中医学对于生命整体认识的重要学术思想,体现了生命活动过程中形体与精神统一的特殊性和重要性。本文从中医学形神一体观的角度浅析孙思邈《千金方》导引养生思想,总结孙思邈在导引养生保健方面的独特贡献,从调身、调息、调心三方面介绍《千金方》的导引实践方法,阐明了《千金方》导引中形神一体观在祛邪防病和养生保健中的特色与意义。The holism of body and spirit is a important academic theory in comprehensive recognization in tradtional Chinese medicine(TCM),presenting speciality and importance in physque and mindfulness in life activity process.From the aspect of the holism of body and spirit,this paper gives brief analysis on Daoyin healthecare ideas in Qian Jin Fang,summarizing unique dedication of SUN Simiao.This paper states features and values in treatment,prevention,healthcare in Qian Jin Fang by adjusting body,breath and mind on guide methods.
