ABA结合TEACCH治疗儿童孤独症疗效及家长心理应激水平变化分析

摘　　要：目的应用行为分析疗法(ABA)结合结构化教学法(TEACCH)联合应用于儿童孤独症治疗效果与对家长的心理应激的影响。方法选取2016年11月-2018年12月三门峡市中心医院收治的60例孤独症患儿,以随机抽取的方式将其分为对照组与研究组,各30例,对照组采用TEACCH治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予ABA治疗,比较两组患儿的治疗结果及家长心理应激情况。结果治疗前两组患儿的ATEC量表总评分无明显差异,P>0.05,治疗后,两组ATEC评分均有所下降,且研究组患儿的ATEC量表总评分明显低于对照组,P<0.05;治疗前两组患儿家长的SAS、SDS评分无显著差异,P>0.05,治疗后两组家长的心理应激反应水平均有所改善,且研究组患儿家的SAS、SDS评分分别为(39.22±2.54)分、(41.38±7.63)分,明显低于对照组(45.31±3.68)分、(46.35±8.28)分,P<0.05。结论ABA联合TEACCH训练应用于儿童孤独症患儿的临床治疗中效果显著,可有降低患儿家长心理应激水平,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effects of behavior analysis therapy(ABA)combined with the treatment and education course for children with autism and related disorders(TEACCH)on the treatment of children with autism and the psychological stress of parents.Methods From November 2016 to December 2018,totally 60 children with autism admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into a control group and a study group with 30 cases each.The control group was treated with TEACCH,and the study group was treated with ABA on the basis of the control group.Results There was no significant difference in the total ATEC scale score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,there was no decrease in the ATEC scale score between the two groups,but the total ATEC scale score in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the parents of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),while the level of psychological stress response of the parents of the two groups improved after treatment,and the SAS and SDS scores of the children in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion ABA combined with TEACCH training has a significant effect in the clinical treatment of children with autism,and can reduce the psychological stress level of parents of children,which is worthy of promotion.
