摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎是一种发病机制尚不明确的慢性非特异性炎症性肠病,病情迁延反复,甚至癌变,严重影响患者的身心健康。文章从现代医学和传统中医学两个角度分别对溃疡性结肠炎的发病机制和治疗方法进行阐述,以期为溃疡性结肠炎的进一步研究提供理论依据。Ulcerative colitis is a chronic non-specific Inflammatory Bowel Disease with unclear pathogenesis.The disease extends repeatedly and even becomes cancerous,which seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients.This article expounds the pathogenesis and treatment of ulcerative colitis from the perspectives of modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide a theoretical basis for further research on ulcerative colitis.
