摘　　要：多源数据的运用能够提升对城市现状问题剖析的精准度,更好促进城市功能布局优化。本文构建了由"面"到"点"的城市功能布局的现状评估体系,聚焦功能分区、土地使用、公共中心和企业分布四大方面,建立了一套基于多源数据的城市功能布局优化研究的方法框架,即合理采用特定功能要素的空间集聚特征分析、协同功能要素的空间匹配分析和规划功能要素的绩效评价三条分析路径,结合城市发展条件提出功能布局综合优化建议。以上海宝山区为例,期望为相关规划实践提供一定基础与经验。The application of multi-source data can improve the accuracy of the analysis of urban current problems,and better promote the optimization of urban functional layout.This paper establishes an evaluation system of urban functional layout from"surface"to"point",focusing on four aspects:functional zoning,land use,publie center and enterprise distribution,and establishes a methodological framework for the optimization of urban functional layout based on multi-source data,that is,the rational use of spatial agglomeration characteristics of specife functional elements.Three analysis paths,namely,levy analysis,spatial matching analysis of collaborative functional clements and performance evaluation of planning functional elements,are proposed to optimize the functional layout in combination with urban development conditions.Taking Baoshan district of Shanghai as an example,this paper hopes to provide some basis and experience for relevant planning practice.
