摘　　要：介绍了纱罗织物的形成原理以及形成纱罗结构的3种梭口形式。以产品系列化的设计理念,参照流行色多色系搭配,同时通过纱罗组织结构的变化,形成色彩、花型变化的系列化衬衫面料。针对纱罗结构织物在生产中可能出现的技术问题,给出了解决方法和注意事项。设计的样品色彩搭配和谐,纹路新颖悦目,具有较高的实用性和创新性。The forming principle of leno fabrics and three kinds of the forms of the shuttle for gauze structures are introduced.Based on the design concept of serialization of products,referring to the matching of popular colors and multi-colors,and at the same time,through the change of the gauze organization structure,a series of shirt fabrics with varying colors and patterns are formed.According to the technical problems occurred in the production of gauze fabric,the solutions and the precautions are given.The color of the sample is harmonious,the texture is novel and pleasing,and it has high practicality and innovation.
