健脾豁痰汤联合西药治疗脾虚痰阻证非酒精性肝炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察脾虚痰阻证非酒精性肝炎患者应用健脾豁痰汤联合西药的治疗效果。方法:将2017年4月~2019年4月期间在本院治疗98例脾虚痰阻证非酒精性肝炎患者作为对象,采用随机数字表法分为西医组和中西医组,分别采用水飞蓟宾胶囊与水飞蓟宾胶囊联合健脾豁痰汤治疗,两组均有49例患者。比较两组患者治疗前后症候积分、肝功能、脂肪肝程度、治疗效果。结果:治疗后两组患者各主症、次症、脉象、舌苔、舌质症候积分,丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)等肝功能指标均下降,前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后中西医组患者各项症候积分与肝功能指标显著低于西医组患者(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后脂肪肝程度较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),治疗后中西医结合组患者脂肪肝程度较西医组轻,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);中西医组患者治疗总有效率显著高于西医组患者(89.80%VS 73.47%,P<0.05)。结论:健脾豁痰汤联合西药可以显著减轻脾虚痰阻证非酒精性肝炎患者症状,缓解肝功能损伤以及脂肪肝情况,疗效突出。Objective:To explore curative effect of Jianpi Huotan Decoction combined with western medicine used in pa-tients with non-alcoholic hepatitis of spleen-deficiency phlegm-stagnation syndrome.Methods:During the period from April 2017to April 2019,98patients with non-alcoholic hepatitis of spleen-deficiency phlegm-stagnation syndrome who were treated in the hospital were enrolled as study objects.They were divided into western medicine group and Chinese-western medicine group by random number table method,49cases in each group.The both groups were given Silibinin Capsule or Silibinin Capsule com-bined with Jianpi Huotan Decoction,respectively.The symptom scores,liver function,fatty liver degree and curative effect be-fore and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,main symptoms,secondary symp-toms,pulse manifestation,tongue coating,scores of tongue naturesyndrome,liver function indexes such as alanine transami-nase(ALT),glutamyltranspeptidase(GGT)and aspartate transaminase(AST)in both groups were decreased(P<0.05).Af-ter treatment,all syndrome scores and liver function indexes of the Chinese-western medicine group were significantly lower than those of the western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,degree of fatty liver in both groups was significantly improved(P<0.05).After treatment,degree of fatty liver in the Chinese-western medicine group was milder than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05).The total response rate of the Chinese-western medicine group was significantly higher than that of the western medicine group(89.80%vs 73.47%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Huotan Decoction combined with western medicinecan significantly the symptoms of patients with non-alcoholic hepatitis of spleen-deficiency phlegm-stagnation syn-drome,relieve liver function damage and fatty liver.The curative effect is significant.
