摘　　要：我国高校信访工作法治化经历了70年的发展,成为我国法治社会建设的经典缩影。随着改革开放步伐的持续推进、利益格局的不断调整和高等教育事业的深化改革,高校信访工作的当前特征也发生着深刻的变化。从高校信访工作的发展历程、当前特征、现实意义三个方面着手,对我国高校信访工作法治化进行分析,试图为我国高校信访工作法治化提供理论支持。The legalization of the petition work in Chinese universities has experienced 70 years of development. It had become a classic epitome of the construction of a law-ruled society in China. With the continuous advance of reform and opening up, the continuous adjustment of the interest’s pattern and the deepening reform of higher education, the current characteristics of petition work in universities are also undergoing profound changes. Starting from the development process, current characteristics and practical significance of the petition work in universities, this paper analyzes the legalization of the petition work and tries to provide the theoretical support for the legalization of the petition work in Chinese universities.
